You will be redirected to FreakNik Step Aerobics at Romance and Dances Studio to reserve your spot or you can drop in for 27$ Fed up with boring cardio routines? Join us for an adventure with Xtreme Hip Hop by FreakNik Fitness Step Aerobics! This isn't your typical step class in a stuffy old YMCA. We're taking it up a notch, stepping to the beat of your favorite hip hop and R&B songs. If you're aiming to conquer that 10,000 steps goal, we'll get you close to 4,000 in just one hour. Plus, our class is perfect for beginners, so you can jump on board and start your fitness journey with us today! See you on the board!
